Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This website, esthergrace.me, is operated by Grace Unlimited Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the company behind Esther-Grace and The Bridge. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who handles it, and the choices you have. You can contact us at hi@esthergrace.me.

This website and The Bridge Letter are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Information we collect

When you subscribe to The Bridge Letter. You give us your email address. When you submit the form, our email service provider also receives technical details that come with any web request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you signed up from, and records the time of signup.

When you email us. We receive your email address, your name if it appears in your email, and whatever you write.

When you visit the website. Our hosting provider automatically receives technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and files requested, and the date and time. This is standard for any website and is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

What we do not use. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers or other analytics tools on this website at launch, and the website does not set its own cookies. If we add any of these, we will update this policy first.

How we use your information, and why

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Newsletter consent and unsubscribing

We ask you to confirm your subscription by clicking a link in an email we send you (double opt-in). You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Withdrawing consent does not affect emails already sent. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails to you.

Who handles your information

We use the following service providers to run the website and the newsletter. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights. This website links to Instagram and YouTube. If you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.

International transfers

Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from where you live. Kit and Netlify publish the safeguards they use for transfers of personal data from the UK, EU/EEA and Switzerland. Kit documents participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions, and the use of EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement where needed. Netlify documents that it is certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks and offers a data processing addendum. For details, see Kit's data processing agreement and GDPR compliance page, and Netlify's GDPR and CCPA page and trust center. These are the providers' own published terms. You can contact us for more information.

How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to deliver the newsletter and run the website. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing emails. We may keep a minimal record, such as your email address marked as unsubscribed, so we do not email you again, and any records the law requires us to keep. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so where the request is valid, except for those minimal suppression or legally required records.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose you have withdrawn consent for.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws that apply to you. For example, if you are in the UK or EU you may have the right to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Some US state laws give residents rights to know, correct and delete their information. These laws do not apply to everyone, and we will tell you if we cannot act on a request.

To make a request, email hi@esthergrace.me. We may need to confirm your identity, and we will respond within the timeframes that applicable law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
